App versus web browser experience
Our Android app and iOS web app provide offline access to cached data such as your account balance, recent betting history, and saved payment methods. Push notifications alert you to deposit confirmations, withdrawal approvals, and major Liga 1 or Piala AFF match updates. The app loads faster on repeat visits because it stores static resources locally, and it consumes less bandwidth on slower connections because image compression and lazy-loading are optimised for mobile. The web browser version works identically in terms of features and security but requires an active internet connection for every action and uses slightly more data on each page load.
Device compatibility and system requirements
We support Android 7 (API level 24) and newer for the APK installation, which covers phones released from 2016 onwards. iOS users access ayutogell through Safari version 12 or newer, which is available on iPhone 5S and later, by visiting our site and selecting "Add to Home Screen" from the share menu. Web browsers on desktop (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and tablets require only a current browser version; we optimise for screens as small as 320 pixels wide and as large as 2560 pixels wide.
Unknown sources and certificate warnings are normal for sideloaded APKs.
Android will ask you to allow installation from unknown sources when you first install ayutogell via APK. This is a standard security check. Our APK is signed with our certificate; you can verify our signature in your phone's app settings after installation completes.
Common installation issues and troubleshooting
If Android refuses to install the APK, first check that you have enabled "Unknown Sources" in your phone's security settings (Settings → Security → Install from Unknown Sources). If the app crashes on startup, clear the app cache through Settings → Apps → ayutogell → Storage → Clear Cache, then restart the app. For iOS users, if the web app does not save to your home screen, ensure you are using Safari (not Chrome or Firefox), and that you have at least 50 MB of free storage on your device. If you experience slow loading times, move to a stronger WiFi signal or mobile network and try again; our servers support users across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan with regional optimisation.
Data permissions and account security in ayutogell
When you install the Android app, ayutogell requests permissions for internet access and local storage. We do not access your contacts, microphone, camera, or location without explicit user action. Your OVO, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment payment credentials are never stored on the device; they are transmitted directly to our payment partners over encrypted HTTPS connections. Your KYC documents (national ID image and address proof) are encrypted immediately upon upload and deleted from our servers 90 days after your account closure or dormancy. If you lose access to your phone, you can log out of all sessions from any other device via your account settings or contact our support team to reset your session.
