Email Verification at Signup
When you create an ayutogell account, we ask for your email address. You enter it into the signup form along with a password you choose. This email becomes your account identifier—the address we use to contact you about withdrawals, security issues, or platform updates. We do not share your email with external parties or use it for marketing beyond ayutogell-related account notices.
Once you submit your signup details, we send a verification email to the address you provided. This email contains a confirmation link that you click to activate your account. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder—sometimes email providers filter our messages incorrectly. You can request a new verification email from the signup page if needed.
The verification link is time-limited—typically valid for several hours. If the link expires before you click it, simply request a new verification email and try again. This time limit protects your account from link-sharing or account-takeover attempts that rely on old confirmation codes.
What Happens After You Click the Link
Clicking the verification link confirms your email is real and accessible. Your account moves into "email verified" status, unlocking the next phase of setup. You're now ready to proceed to identity verification and payment method selection.
ayutogell does not require verification to happen all at once. You can verify your email, take a break, and return to complete identity documents and deposit setup later. Your verified email status remains active until you close your account.
Use an email address you control.
Your verified email is tied to your ayutogell account permanently. If you lose access to that email account later, recovering your ayutogell account becomes difficult. Choose an email you plan to use long-term.
Identity Verification After Email Confirmation
With your email verified, ayutogell next asks for identity documents. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is standard across financial platforms and required by Indonesian law for online gaming operators. We ask for a national ID number, a government-issued ID image (national identity card, passport, or driving license), and proof of address dated within three months.
Your identity documents do not need to match your exact name on the signup form—minor spelling variations are okay. However, your date of birth must be consistent across all documents. If discrepancies exist, our verification team contacts you to clarify before proceeding.
We store identity documents securely and use them only to verify your account. We do not sell or share your documents with third parties. All data is encrypted at rest and accessible only to our compliance team during the verification process.
Document Submission and Review
Upload photos or scans of your ID and address proof directly through the ayutogell portal. Files should be clear, in focus, and show all four edges of the document. Blurry or cropped images may be rejected and require resubmission.
Our verification team reviews your documents within hours. You'll receive an email notification when your identity is confirmed. If documents are unclear or information mismatches, we'll request clarification before rejecting the submission.
Email verification unlocks account setup on ayutogell. Identity confirmation and payment methods follow, building a complete and secure account profile.
Payment Method Setup and First Deposit
Once email and identity verification complete, you can add a payment method. ayutogell accepts DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. When you select a payment method, we ask for basic details (account number for bank transfers, phone number for e-wallets) and confirm it matches your verified identity.
Your first deposit typically requires additional verification—confirming the payment method is truly yours. For bank transfers, we send a small test credit to your account; you report the amount back to us to prove access. For e-wallets, we may ask you to authorize a small test payment. These steps prevent unauthorized payment methods from being linked to your account.
Once your payment method is verified, you can deposit funds immediately. Your balance updates within seconds to minutes depending on the payment partner. You're then ready to engage with Liga 1 markets, Champions League fixtures, live-dealer tables, or any other offering on ayutogell.
Email Verification and Ongoing Account Security
Your verified email remains active throughout your ayutogell membership. We use it to send withdrawal confirmations, security alerts if unusual account activity is detected, and occasional maintenance notices. If you change your email address later, you'll need to reverify the new address through the same verification process.
For added security, ayutogell offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA). If enabled, you'll enter a code sent to your verified email (or a linked phone number) each time you log in or attempt a withdrawal. This extra layer prevents account access even if someone obtains your password.
During peak periods—like Liga 1 playoffs, Piala Indonesia finals, or Champions League knockout stages—our email verification system may experience higher volume. We maintain verification capacity to ensure no account activation is delayed during these tournaments, but response times may occasionally stretch slightly longer than normal hours.
Email Recovery and Account Access
If you forget your ayutogell password, we send a reset link to your verified email. Click the link, set a new password, and you regain full account access. This process protects you if your password is compromised or if you simply cannot remember it after a long absence.
If you lose access to your verified email address—the account is deleted, compromised, or unreachable—recovering your ayutogell account becomes substantially harder. We can verify your identity through documents, but transferring account ownership to a new email is a manual process requiring support team involvement. For this reason, we strongly recommend keeping your verified email active and secure.
You can update your email address in your account settings anytime. The new address will require verification through the same confirmation-link process. During the transition period, both the old and new email are valid for account recovery—once the new email is verified, the old email is no longer tied to your account.
